Signore della Vita e Consolatore degli afflitti, mi accosto a Te con il cuore colmo di trepidazione per la persona che amo, che sta attraversando il tempo della prova.
Ti prego, o Padre, avvolgi la sua anima con la Tua luce. Fa' che trovi in Te il vero conforto e una pace che superi ogni timore umano. Ti chiediamo con fede che, qualunque cosa accada secondo la Tua volontà:
La sua anima possa vivere eternamente in Te, accolta nel Tuo abbraccio misericordioso.
Nessun male, né ombra, né turbamento possa toccare la purezza del suo spirito, poiché è custodito dalla Tua grazia.
Il suo passaggio sia dolce, illuminato dalla certezza che la vita non è tolta, ma trasformata.
Per i suoi cari
Signore, volgi lo sguardo anche su tutti noi che restiamo. La paura del distacco ci rende fragili, ma Tu sei la nostra Roccia:
Rafforza i nostri cuori affinché possiamo attraversare questo momento difficile con dignità e speranza.
Trasforma il nostro dolore in un amore ancora più profondo, capace di guardare oltre il visibile.
Donaci la forza di sostenerci a vicenda, diventando l'uno per l'altro segno della Tua presenza premurosa.
Affidiamo tutto a Te, sicuri che l'amore che ci lega in terra non andrà mai perduto, ma fiorirà per sempre nella Tua gloria.

Prayer of Entrustment and Comfort
Lord of Life and Comforter of the afflicted, I come before You with a heart full of trepidation for the one I love, who is now moving through a time of trial.
For the Beloved Soul
I pray to You, Father, wrap their soul in Your light. Grant them true comfort in You and a peace that surpasses all human fear. We ask with faith that, whatever may happen according to Your will:
Their soul may live eternally in You, welcomed into Your merciful embrace.
No evil, nor shadow, nor disturbance may touch the purity of their spirit, for it is guarded by Your grace.
Their passing may be gentle, illuminated by the certainty that life is not ended, but transformed.
For Their Loved Ones
Lord, turn Your gaze also upon all of us who remain. The fear of parting makes us fragile, but You are our Rock:
Strengthen our hearts so that we may walk through this difficult moment with dignity and hope.
Transform our pain into an even deeper love, capable of looking beyond what is visible.
Give us the strength to support one another, becoming for each other a sign of Your caring presence.
We entrust everything to You, certain that the love which binds us on earth will never be lost, but will bloom forever in Your glory.
