Istruiti da Dio Padre

English version down below

Amen.

English version

Jn 6:44 No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day. 45 It is written in the prophets: And they shall all be taught by God. Whoever has listened to the Father and learned from him comes to me.

We can fully live the Eucharist only when we are called, taught, and enlightened by God the Father. It is in this divine embrace that we understand the profound meaning of our identity as beloved and awaited children of the Heavenly Father. The prodigal son embodies this reality—welcomed with love and mercy, not by his own merit, but by the infinite goodness of the Father who awaited him with an open heart. Without this filial awareness, our way of thinking and acting deviates from divine logic, leaving us imprisoned in a faith lived as an obligation, similar to the rigidity of the elder brother, incapable of accepting the Father's gratuitous love.

Being Christian is not just a personal choice or a set of duties to observe—it is a journey of deep relationship with God. Before we can follow Christ, we must allow ourselves to be taught by the Father, because only those who have listened to His voice and learned from Him can truly recognize and accept the Son. Jesus is not just a guide or a teacher—He is the way that leads to the heart of the Father, the truth that illuminates every doubt, the life that regenerates and transforms. Only by living this deep bond with God can we participate in the Eucharist with a heart fully open to His grace, transforming our way of living faith into an experience of authentic and gratuitous love.

Prayer
Merciful Father, enlighten our hearts so that we may recognize your love that welcomes and always awaits us. Grant us the grace to feel like your beloved children, to abandon every fear and rigidity, and to enter into your logic of mercy and forgiveness.

Make us capable of listening to your voice, of allowing ourselves to be taught by you, and of walking with confidence on the path that leads to Christ, your Son, our life and salvation. Let us live the Eucharist with an open heart, welcoming your love as a free and transformative gift.

Accept our desire for communion with you, strengthen our faith, and teach us to live every day in your presence, as children who trustfully rely on the Heavenly Father.

Amen.

Post Scriptum

When Christ illuminates our lives with His presence, it is not merely an external change, but a true inner rebirth. His love is a healing force that breaks the chains of judgment and frees us from the invisible burdens weighing on our conscience. Often, we become prisoners of thoughts of condemnation—not only toward ourselves but also toward others. The love of Jesus is so radical that it calls us to abandon these patterns and enter into the dynamic of mercy.

Being transformed by Christ’s love means embracing His grace, allowing ourselves to be enveloped in His infinite patience, and learning to see with new eyes. A heart illuminated by God no longer dwells on the shortcomings of others nor feeds on judgment or comparisons. Instead, it grows in the ability to understand and welcome others, just like the Father who awaits the return of the prodigal son—without resentment, but with unconditional love.

This transformation also leads us to live the Eucharist in a renewed way. We no longer perceive it as merely a ritual, but as a profound experience of communion, where we encounter the living Christ and receive His strength to continue the journey. His presence teaches us to live in truth, to free ourselves from unnecessary burdens, and to open our hearts to authentic joy.

Finally, the light we receive is not meant for us alone—we are called to reflect God’s love to others. Those who have experienced divine mercy cannot keep this gift to themselves but become signs of hope and peace for those around them.

ll corpo spezzato e donato

English version down below

pur essendo Maestro e Signore,

invitandoci a tornare,

a ricominciare,

a servire come tu hai servito,

a donare come tu hai donato.

Amen.

English version

I believe in the love of Christ, an eternal gift for humanity

I believe in your love, Lord Jesus, a love without borders, without conditions, a love that embraces every creature, that heals wounds and gives hope to afflicted hearts.

From the beginning of our existence, You called us to life with gentleness, You formed us with Your hands, breathing Your Spirit into us, so that we might reflect Your infinite mercy.

Lord, You are my shepherd, I lack nothing. You make me lie down in green pastures, You lead me beside quiet waters. You refresh my soul, You guide me along the right path, for the sake of Your name.

I believe in Your sacrifice, in Your body broken for our salvation, in the blood poured out as an eternal covenant, in the pain transformed into redemption, because through Your cross, death is no longer a shadow, but the gateway to true life.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

On the night You shared supper with Your apostles, You not only broke the bread and shared the cup, You gave Yourself, totally, You left the indelible mark of Your presence, so that in the consecrated bread and the poured wine, You are alive and at work, nourishment for every soul that seeks You.

I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is My flesh for the life of the world.

You bowed Your head and washed the feet of Your disciples, though You were Master and Lord, You taught that true greatness lies in service, that whoever wants to be first must become the servant of all.

You showed us that authentic love is expressed in humility and self-giving.

If I, the Lord and Master, have washed your feet, you also must wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

In Your silence before insults, in Your patience before betrayal, You revealed the greatness of a heart that loves without measure, that forgives without conditions.

Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.

I believe in Your forgiveness, Lord Jesus, in Your mercy that heals, in Your heart that welcomes unreservedly.

You do not dwell on our falls, You do not count our mistakes, but You fling open the doors of Your grace, inviting us to return, to begin again, to live within the embrace of Your salvation.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Lord Jesus, Master and Redeemer, teach us to love as You have loved, to serve as You have served, to give as You have given.

Let our lives be a continuous praise, a hymn of gratitude for Your sacrifice, a reflection of Your light in the world.

Make us worthy of embracing this mystery, let us live with humble hearts, with hands ready to help, with spirits willing to give without fear.

For in You, and only in You, we find the fullness of life, the peace that the world cannot give, the joy that no darkness can extinguish.

Amen.
