Preghiera allo Spirito Santo per ogni necessità e per dare senso alla vita quotidiana

Spirito Santo, respiro di Dio, vieni in me.  

Vieni nelle mie necessità, in quelle che conosco e in quelle che non so nominare.  

Vieni nelle mie paure, nelle mie attese, nelle mie fatiche nascoste.  

Vieni nelle mie relazioni, nei miei pensieri, nei miei silenzi.  

Nulla di ciò che vivo ti è estraneo: entra e trasforma.

Accendi in me la luce che orienta, la forza che sostiene, la pace che custodisce.  

Tu conosci il mio cammino più di quanto io lo comprenda: guidami passo dopo passo, senza fretta, senza paura.

Benedici la mia routine quotidiana:  

il lavoro che svolgo, anche quando è ripetitivo;  

gli incontri che faccio, anche quando sembrano casuali;  

le responsabilità che porto, anche quando pesano;  

i gesti semplici che riempiono le mie giornate.  

Fa’ che nulla sia sprecato, che tutto abbia un senso in Te.

Spirito Santo, rendi fecondo ciò che sembra sterile,  

rendi nuovo ciò che appare stanco,  

rendi vivo ciò che ho trascurato.  

Insegnami a vedere la tua presenza nelle piccole cose,  

a riconoscere la tua voce nei dettagli,  

a lasciarmi sorprendere dalla tua creatività.

Sostieni ciò che è fragile in me.  

Guarisci ciò che è ferito.  

Raddrizza ciò che è confuso.  

Dona unità al mio cuore, perché non si disperda.  

Dona libertà alla mia volontà, perché non si chiuda.  

Dona amore ai miei gesti, perché non siano vuoti.

Spirito Santo, rendi la mia vita una preghiera continua,  

un’offerta semplice e vera,  

un cammino che profuma di Vangelo.  

Fa’ che ogni necessità diventi occasione di fiducia  

e ogni routine diventi luogo di incontro con Te.

Rimani con me oggi,  

rimani con me in ogni ora,  

rimani con me in ogni cosa.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit for Every Need and to Give Meaning to Daily Life

Holy Spirit, breath of God, come into me.  

Come into my needs, into those I know and those I cannot name.  

Come into my fears, my expectations, my hidden struggles.  

Come into my relationships, my thoughts, my silences.  

Nothing in my life is foreign to you: enter and transform.

Kindle in me the light that guides, the strength that sustains, the peace that protects.  

You know my path better than I understand it: lead me step by step, without haste, without fear.

Bless my daily routine:  

the work I do, even when it is repetitive;  

the encounters I have, even when they seem accidental;  

the responsibilities I carry, even when they weigh on me;  

the simple gestures that fill my days.  

Let nothing be wasted; let everything find meaning in You.

Holy Spirit, make fruitful what seems barren,  

make new what appears weary,  

make alive what I have neglected.  

Teach me to see your presence in small things,  

to recognize your voice in the details,  

to let myself be surprised by your creativity.

Sustain what is fragile in me.  

Heal what is wounded.  

Straighten what is confused.  

Give unity to my heart, that it may not scatter.  

Give freedom to my will, that it may not close in on itself.  

Give love to my actions, that they may not be empty.

Holy Spirit, make my life a continuous prayer,  

a simple and true offering,  

a journey that carries the fragrance of the Gospel.  

Let every need become an opportunity for trust  

and every routine a place of encounter with You.

Stay with me today,  

stay with me in every hour,  

stay with me in every moment.
