Custodire i sentimenti e i pensieri. Non permettere che mancanze, dispetti o reazioni sbagliate travolgano la libertà interiore. Non lasciare che l’atteggiamento degli altri condizioni la dignità personale. Non consegnare a nessuno il potere di oscurare il valore stabilito da Cristo.

Ricordare ciò che il Vangelo insegna: “Il vostro cuore non sia turbato” (Gv 14,1). Non lasciare che parole ferite o comportamenti ingiusti turbino il cuore. Proteggere la pace ricevuta da Gesù, perché nessuno ha il diritto di strapparla.

Rifiutare il risentimento. Non accogliere la rabbia. Non lasciare che l’offesa diventi radice amara. Il Vangelo è chiaro: “Non lasciarti vincere dal male” (Rm 12,21). Non permettere che l’ombra degli altri diventi dominio interiore.

Mantenere saldo l’onore fondato sul legame con Cristo. Non lasciare che giudizi, mormorazioni o provocazioni definiscano l’identità. Ricordare la parola di Gesù: “Voi valete più di molti passeri” (Mt 10,31). Nessuna reazione altrui può diminuire ciò che Dio ha dichiarato prezioso.

Vigilare sul pensiero. Proteggere il sentimento. Scegliere la luce. Il Vangelo insegna: “La lampada del corpo è l’occhio” (Mt 6,22). Non permettere che lo sguardo si sporchi di sospetto, amarezza o vendetta.

Rimanere liberi. Non cedere il cuore all’istinto. Non lasciare che l’offesa diventi guida. Gesù dice: “La verità vi farà liberi” (Gv 8,32). Custodire la verità ricevuta, non l’opinione degli altri.

Scegliere la mitezza. Non rispondere al male con il male. Non imitare ciò che ferisce. Ricordare la beatitudine: “Beati i miti” (Mt 5,5). La mitezza non è debolezza, è forza che non si lascia deformare.

Riconoscere il valore che Dio ha impresso. Non permettere che l’errore altrui diventi misura dell’identità. Non lasciare che l’ingiustizia altrui diventi padrone del cuore. Cristo ha detto: “Nessuno vi strapperà dalla mia mano” (Gv 10,28). Nessuna parola, nessun gesto, nessuna mancanza può annullare ciò che Dio custodisce.

La dignità non si negozia. La libertà interiore non si cede. Il valore non si misura sugli altri, ma sulla parola di Gesù.

Guard feelings and thoughts. Do not allow shortcomings, provocations, or wrong reactions to overwhelm inner freedom. Do not let anyone’s behavior dictate personal dignity. Do not hand over to others the power to diminish the value established by Christ.

Remember the command of the Gospel: “Do not let your heart be troubled” (John 14:1). Do not permit harsh words or unjust actions to disturb the heart. Protect the peace given by Jesus, because no one has the right to steal it.

Reject resentment. Do not welcome anger. Do not allow offense to become a root of bitterness. The Gospel is clear: “Do not be overcome by evil” (Romans 12:21). Do not let the shadows of others become an inner dominion.

Hold firm the honor founded on Christ. Do not let judgments, gossip, or provocations define identity. Remember the word of Jesus: “You are worth more than many sparrows” (Matthew 10:31). No reaction from others can reduce what God has declared precious.

Watch over thought. Protect the heart. Choose the light. The Gospel teaches: “The lamp of the body is the eye” (Matthew 6:22). Do not allow the gaze to be clouded by suspicion, bitterness, or revenge.

Remain free. Do not surrender the heart to impulse. Do not let offense become a guide. Jesus says: “The truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Guard the truth received, not the opinion of others.

Choose meekness. Do not respond to evil with evil. Do not imitate what wounds. Remember the Beatitude: “Blessed are the meek” (Matthew 5:5). Meekness is not weakness; it is strength that refuses to be deformed.

Recognize the value God has placed. Do not allow another’s error to become the measure of identity. Do not let another’s injustice become master of the heart. Christ has said: “No one will snatch them out of my hand” (John 10:28). No word, no gesture, no lack can erase what God protects.

Dignity is not negotiable. Inner freedom is not surrendered. Value is not measured by others, but by the word of Jesus.
