Jesus is the way, the truth and the life; Jesus is the good shepherd, the door of the sheeps; the true vine, the incarnated word, etc. But if the Holy Spirit will not drag the world to his lies and hypocrisy and sins, the prince of the world will continue to reign and keep the power of the darkness causing fear in the hearts of the people. The hunger of power will blind the good people, it will give them reasons to do things that can harm because the means will justify the cause. A lot of people dies because of poverty and injustices, while the right-thinkers are still making their philosophies and the religious groups are doing their pastoral strategies, and the politicians are getting farther from the hearts of the people who elected them.
Here comes the Holy Spirit, He tells you the right thing, guides you to the right path that brings you to the heart of the Father through the path of mercy. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of its sinfulness, He gives a new motivation in the hearts of the people. His first act is to come closer to the heart and mind of every man. He is not conditioned by any religion or by any profession, He only brings love. Because of this love in the heart of man, the world will witness the goodness of God. The devil can't give love, the true love that gives life and hope: "...condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemed". Where love reigns, the ruler of this world (the devil, in the form of sin) can't command; because where love is, there are no prisoners of fear.

From the Gospel according to John
JN 16:5-11
Jesus said to his disciples:
“Now I am going to the one who sent me,
and not one of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’
But because I told you this, grief has filled your hearts.
But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go.
For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you.
But if I go, I will send him to you.
And when he comes he will convict the world
in regard to sin and righteousness and condemnation:
sin, because they do not believe in me;
righteousness, because I am going to the Father
and you will no longer see me;
condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemned.”
