Nel Duomo vecchio di Molfetta c'è un grande crocifisso di terracotta. Il parroco, in attesa di sistemarlo definitivamente, l'ha addossato alla parete della sagrestia e vi ha apposto un cartoncino con la scritta: collocazione provvisoria.

La scritta, che in un primo momento avevo scambiato come intitolazione dell'opera, mi è parsa provvidenzialmente ispirata, al punto che ho pregato il parroco di non rimuovere per nessuna ragione il crocifisso di lì, da quella parete nuda, da quella posizione precaria, con quel cartoncino ingiallito.

Collocazione provvisoria. Penso che non ci sia formula migliore per definire la Croce. La mia, la tua croce, non solo quella di Cristo.

Coraggio, allora, tu che soffri inchiodato su una carrozzella. Animo, tu che provi i morsi della solitudine. Abbi fiducia, tu che bevi al calice amaro dell'abbandono. Non ti disperare, madre dolcissima che hai partorito un figlio focomelico. Non imprecare, sorella, che ti vedi distruggere giorno dopo giorno da un male che non perdona. Asciugati le lacrime, fratello, che sei stato pugnalato alle spalle da coloro che ritenevi tuoi amici. Non tirare i remi in barca, tu che sei stanco di lottare e hai accumulato delusioni a non finire. Non abbatterti, fratello povero, che non sei calcolato da nessuno, che non sei creduto dalla gente e che, invece del pane, sei costretto a ingoiare bocconi di amarezza. Non avvilirti, amico sfortunato, che nella vita hai visto partire tanti bastimenti, e tu sei rimasto sempre a terra.

Coraggio. La tua Croce, anche se durasse tutta la vita, è sempre "collocazione provvisoria". Il calvario, dove essa è piantata, non è zona residenziale. E il terreno di questa collina, dove si consuma la tua sofferenza, non si venderà mai come suolo edificatorio. Anche il Vangelo ci invita a considerare la provvisorietà della Croce.

"Da mezzogiorno fino alle tre del pomeriggio, si fece buio su tutta la terra". Da mezzogiorno alle tre del pomeriggio. Ecco le sponde che delimitano il fiume delle lacrime umane.

Coraggio, fratello che soffri. C'è anche per te una deposizione dalla croce. Coraggio, tra poco, il buio cederà il posto alla luce, la terra riacquisterà i suoi colori verginali, e il sole della Pasqua irromperà tra le nuvole in fuga.

In the Old Cathedral of Molfetta (Italia) , there is a large terracotta crucifix. The priest, awaiting a permanent place for it, has leaned it against the wall of the sacristy and placed a small cardboard sign with the inscription: temporary placement.

At first, I had mistaken the sign for the title of the work, but it seemed providentially inspired to me, to the point that I asked the priest not to remove the crucifix from there, from that bare wall, from that precarious position with that yellowing cardboard.

So take courage, you who suffer, nailed to a wheelchair. Be strong, you who feel the pangs of loneliness. Trust, you who drink from the bitter cup of abandonment. Do not despair, sweetest mother who gave birth to a child with phocomelia. Do not curse, sister, as you watch yourself being destroyed day by day by a relentless disease. Wipe your tears, brother, who have been stabbed in the back by those you thought were your friends. Don’t give up, you who are tired of fighting and have accumulated endless disappointments. Don’t be discouraged, poor brother, who is overlooked by everyone, who is not believed by the people, and who, instead of bread, is forced to swallow mouthfuls of bitterness. Don Tonino Bello (1935–1993) was an Italian Roman Catholic priest, bishop, and advocate for peace and social justice. He served as the bishop of the Diocese of Molfetta, Ruvo, Giovinazzo, and Terlizzi in southern Italy. Known for his deep commitment to the poor, marginalized, and oppressed, he was a vocal critic of the injustices in society and the Church's role in promoting social change.

Don Tonino Bello was especially recognized for his emphasis on love, humility, and solidarity with the suffering, as well as his strong focus on ecumenism and interfaith dialogue. He also advocated for the protection of the environment and was a supporter of nonviolence. His writings, homilies, and pastoral work deeply impacted the Italian Catholic community and beyond.

He passed away at a relatively young age from cancer, but his legacy as a prophetic voice for justice, peace, and compassion continues to inspire many people today. Don Tonino Bello was beatified in 2018, reflecting the enduring significance of his life and work.

I. Signore Gesù, Dio Padre nostro Creatore, nella pienezza del tempo hai donato a noi, come nostro Salvatore, il Tuo Figlio unigenito, Colui che ci permette di ricominciare dalle rovine dei nostri frammenti umani, dalle situazioni di sofferenza e di delusione in cui sono stati infranti i sogni e le attese.

A causa delle molteplici sfaccettature della storia della nostra umanità, siamo giunti a una profonda delusione e a uno smarrimento spirituale. Oggi ci presentiamo davanti a Te, al Santissimo Sacramento dell'Altare, per adorarti e permettere al Tuo sguardo amorevole di guarirci. Il Tuo sguardo risana le nostre disperazioni e ricompone i nostri cuori frantumati, restituendoci la pace attraverso il Tuo Santo Spirito, che rende questo momento colmo della Tua unzione e della Tua gloria. Invochiamo la grazia del battesimo che abbiamo ricevuto affinché scenda su ciascuno di noi, per guidarci e sorreggerci con il Tuo amore infinito che dona benedizione e liberazione.

La Tua potente forza guarisca ogni dolore, rimuova la pesantezza dalla nostra mente, causata dai pensieri e dalle preoccupazioni per i problemi che martellano la nostra mente, lasciandoci deboli e privi di energia, incapaci di affrontare le difficoltà della vita. Gesù, Tu hai vinto nel deserto, nel conflitto con il male, quando sei stato tentato dal demonio. Abbi pietà di noi in questo momento, affinché Satana non ci strappi dall'amore compassionevole del Padre Celeste. Il flusso della Tua energia esca dal Santissimo Sacramento, dal Tuo Corpo e dal Tuo Sangue, per manifestare il Tuo potere guaritore e liberatore da ogni forma di oppressione e vessazione.

Ripetiamo insieme

**Gesù, credo e confido in Te.**

1. Dalle Tue piaghe noi siamo salvati. Signore Gesù, guarisci le persone afflitte dalla malattia che ha causato dolori fisici e morali. Persone scoraggiate e amareggiate, impaurite e smarrite, profondamente sconvolte e incapaci di trovare sollievo in nessuno. Preghiamo.

2. Il Tuo preziosissimo sangue guarisce. Signore Gesù, liberaci da ogni infermità ereditaria e genetica. Invochiamo il Tuo intervento per risanare ogni malattia o qualsiasi forma di malìa, stregoneria, sortilegio, malocchio, iettatura, influsso malefico o nefasto, misfatto, delitto, crimine e colpa, inclusi quelli consacrati al maligno attraverso il sangue per causare maleficio. Risanaci, Signore, e sciogli il potere satanico, affinché Tu sia lodato e ringraziato in tutti gli altari dove vengono celebrate le sante messe. Preghiamo.

3. La tua testa ferita dalla corona di spine. Signore Gesù, abbi pietà a tutte le persone che sono qui in questo momento che stanno soffrendo il malditesta. Qualunque cosa sia il motivo Gesù, manifesta il tuo potere guaritore perché possano sentire sollievo e ringraziarti sentitamente. Fa o Signore che per intercessione di Santa Rita da Cascia, portatrice delle stimate per 15 anni queste persone possano beneficare liberazione da questo disturbo che le ha impedito di lavorare bene e di vivere una vita serena. Preghiamo **Gesù, credo e confido in Te.**

4. Il tuo fianco trafitto dove uscirono sangue e acqua. Gesù misericordioso, salva e guarisci le persone con il tumore che sono qui presente e coloro a cui dedichiamo questa nostra supplica perché guariti da te potranno sempre attribuire nella tua potenza salvatrice la guarigione ottenuta. Abbi pietà di loro e tocca la parte sofferente del loro corpo affetta dalla malattia, e dove sono diffuse le metastasi. Preghiamo.

5. Tu che sei abbandonato e tradito dai tuoi amici e Apostoli nell'ora critica. Ti chiediamo aiuto per coloro che vivono la delusione profonda nei rapporti umani sia personali sia istituzionali, sfiduciati si sono chiusi e sono rimasti nell'angoscia e nel distacco totale da tutti e vivono una vita senza stimoli per fare il bene e sottomessi completamente alle idee negative delle persone e della vita in genere. Guarisci Gesù chiunque sia che si sente vittima e vuole fare vendetta, il tuo Santo Spirito operi miracoli perchè si rinasca una vita nuova nel cuore. Preghiamo.

6. Tu che hai celebrato l’ultima cena offrendo il tuo corpo e il tuo sangue come pane e vino per la vita eterna. Ti presentiamo il tuo figlio amato, don Piergiorgio, nostro fratello prossimo sacerdote (il 25 marzo), affinché sia ricolmo del tuo Santo Spirito. Ispirato dal tuo amore possa servire la tua Chiesa sempre nell’umiltà e nell’obbedienza, tenace nelle prove, gioioso testimone nelle tue opere, e perseverante di fronte ogni difficoltà. Proteggilo sempre ovunque sarà e qualunque cosa farà custodiscilo. Illumina la sua mente e il suo cuore affinché possa testimoniare con audacia la tua Parola. Preghiamo. **Gesù, credo e confido in Te.**

Signore Gesù, che il Tuo Santo Spirito scenda sui Tuoi figli. Poni il Tuo sguardo di tenerezza e bontà su ciascuno di loro, che Ti offre il proprio servizio di canto durante questi incontri di lode e adorazione. Irradia su di loro lo splendore della Tua luce nei momenti di oscurità, smarrimento e scoraggiamento.

Stendi, Signore Gesù, la Tua benedizione su ogni angolo di questa assemblea radunata per darti lode e gloria. Fa' che, raggiunti dall’unzione del Tuo Santo Spirito, tutti possano sentire il calore che viene dal fuoco divino del Tuo amore. Liberaci, Signore, da ogni vincolo del male che opprime la nostra volontà e i nostri sentimenti. Purificaci, Signore, con il soffio della Tua tenerezza, come una madre che consola il proprio figlio.

Un fiume d’amore scorre su ognuno di noi per guarirci e rafforzare il nostro spirito, affinché ci rialziamo dalle nostre cadute e riprendiamo le redini della nostra vita con il tuo aiuto e la tua benedizione. Solo con te, Gesù, possiamo ritrovare e riavere il coraggio. Siamo troppo deboli senza di te. Guarisci la nostra mente, spaventata dal futuro e dalle idee che ci siamo costruiti.

Gesù, ti affidiamo tutto ciò che desideriamo pregarti. Vogliamo lasciarlo andare, liberandolo dal potere delle nostre immaginazioni che ci creano angosce e rabbia. Stendi la tua mano su di noi, mentre il Santissimo Sacramento passa in mezzo a noi. Fa’ che possiamo avere l’umiltà di riconoscere la tua maestà e il coraggio di ammettere la nostra miseria. Sei Tu il nostro re e, in questo deserto arido dell’esistenza umana, Tu sei l’Elim, il luogo prezioso nel nostro Esodo spirituale (Esodo 15:27).

Tu sei l’oasi nel deserto, dove gli Israeliti, durante il loro esodo dall’Egitto, trovarono dodici sorgenti d’acqua e settanta palme, un luogo di ristoro e abbondanza. In questo momento, su questo luogo, davanti a Te nel Santissimo Sacramento dell’altare, troviamo la nostra oasi, con dodici sorgenti d’acqua e settanta palme, il luogo di ristoro e abbondanza. Santo, santo, santo sei Tu, l’acqua viva che zampilla per la vita eterna. Santo, santo, santo sei Tu, che hai sconfitto il serpente antico. Preghiera: Lode e Adorazione di 3 ORE– “A PRAYER CONCERT”

Il segno di Giona

... mentre le folle si accalcavano, Gesù cominciò a dire: «Questa generazione è una generazione malvagia; essa cerca un segno, ma non le sarà dato alcun segno, se non il segno di Giona» (Lc 11,29).

Gesù considera malvagio chi non riesce a riconoscere il valore del silenzio e della morte come passaggi necessari per la trasformazione. È indispensabile attraversare il momento dell'impotenza e accettare la tomba come un passaggio obbligato verso la risurrezione. Non c’è risurrezione senza la discesa agli inferi.

Il segno di Giona è un simbolo centrale per la vera conversione. Giona, di fronte al progetto divino, tentò di fuggire, ma Dio, con la Sua misericordia, lo riportò a Ninive. Lì, Giona predicò con successo, ispirando il digiuno e la conversione del popolo. Eppure, il vero segno non fu tanto la sua predicazione, quanto il fatto che rimase nello stomaco del pesce: un simbolo della morte e dell'impotenza.

Anche noi, per risorgere, dobbiamo imparare a fermarci e a lasciarci conquistare dalla volontà divina, abbandonandoci con fiducia al Suo disegno. Dobbiamo credere con fermezza che nella morte si nasconde un significato nuovo e profondo. Nella fede in Cristo Gesù, la tomba non è più l’ultima parola, ma diventa la porta aperta verso la risurrezione.

Nella fede, anche la notte più oscura non è più una condanna che priva della luce, bensì un preludio al chiarore di un nuovo giorno, il giorno della speranza. Camminare nella fede significa abbracciare la speranza, sentire un’energia interiore che ci spinge a vivere con entusiasmo e a puntare verso un obiettivo pieno di vita.

La paura può affiancarci lungo il cammino, ma non sarà mai un ostacolo insormontabile all’amore. Al contrario, affrontata con fede, può trasformarsi in un'opportunità per crescere nell’amore e nella fiducia in Dio.

Donaci, Signore, la forza di rialzarci con Te quando tocchiamo il fondo della nostra miseria. Risveglia in noi, attraverso il tuo Santo Spirito, il fervore che scaccia l’indifferenza e le abitudini stagnanti. Ravviva in noi una vita spirituale dinamica, affinché non cadiamo nel perbenismo o nella superficialità religiosa. Amen.

As the crowds were gathering, Jesus began to say: "This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah" (Luke 11:29).

Jesus considers evil those who fail to recognize the value of silence and death as necessary passages for transformation. It is essential to face moments of powerlessness and embrace the tomb as an inevitable step toward resurrection. There is no resurrection without descending into the depths.

The sign of Jonah is a fundamental symbol of true conversion. When faced with God’s divine plan, Jonah tried to flee, but God, in His mercy, brought him back to Nineveh. There, Jonah preached successfully, inspiring fasting and conversion among the people. Yet, the true sign was not so much his preaching but the fact that he remained in the belly of the fish—a symbol of powerlessness and death.

We too, in order to rise again, must learn to stop and allow ourselves to be conquered by divine will, surrendering with trust to His plan. We must deeply believe that there is a new and profound meaning in death. Through faith in Christ Jesus, the tomb is no longer the final word but becomes an open doorway to His resurrection.

In faith, even the darkest night is no longer a condemnation that robs us of light but a prelude to the radiance of a new day—a day of hope. Walking in faith means embracing hope, feeling an inner strength that propels us to live with enthusiasm and to strive toward a life full of purpose.

Fear may accompany us along the way, but it will never become an insurmountable obstacle to love. On the contrary, when faced with faith, fear can be transformed into an opportunity to grow in love and in trust in God.

Grant us, Lord, the strength to rise again with You when we reach the depths of our misery. Awaken in us, through Your Holy Spirit, the fervor that banishes indifference and stagnant routines. Revive within us a dynamic spiritual life, so that we do not fall into complacency or superficial religiosity. Amen.

VI° giovedì di Santa Rita

INTRODUZIONE

Siamo giunti al VI° giovedì dedicato a Santa Rita e, ispirati dalla sua meravigliosa testimonianza di fede, proseguiamo insieme il nostro cammino spirituale. Offriamo al Signore le nostre preghiere di lode e invochiamo l’intercessione di Santa Rita, la santa dei casi impossibili, testimone dell’immenso amore di Cristo crocifisso, morto e risorto.

In questa occasione speciale, vi invito con il cuore a ricordare, nella vostra preghiera, tutte quelle situazioni che conosciamo e che necessitano dell’intervento straordinario di Dio. Diventiamo strumenti dell’amore e della preghiera, soprattutto per coloro che soffrono, che sono vicini alla morte o disperati. Anche quando ci sentiamo incapaci di aiutare con le nostre mani, possiamo affidare queste persone al Signore con una preghiera potente e insistente.

Preghiamo per coloro che si sono allontanati da Gesù, affinché possano ritrovare il conforto dello Spirito Santo e non smettano mai di sentirsi abbracciati dal Suo amore. Ricordiamo nelle nostre preghiere anche chi soffre nell’anima, chi vive senza pace e serenità o chi è arrabbiato con la vita per le difficoltà incontrate. Che possano trovare la strada della liberazione, essere liberati dal potere del maligno e abbracciare nuovamente la pace di Cristo.

Uniamo i nostri cuori e le nostre voci in un'unica preghiera, certi che il Signore ascolta e accoglie con amore ogni nostra supplica. Preghiamo insieme con fede e speranza.

Riflessione: Conoscere l’amore di Cristo, come ci insegna Santa Rita, significa accedere a una conoscenza straordinaria attraverso la fede, radicata e fondata nella carità. È un amore che ci spinge a conoscere per amare e ad amare per conoscere sempre di più. Amare anche quando tutto sembra impossibile; credere, perché è l’unico modo per superare ogni difficoltà.

Essendo figlia spirituale di Sant’Agostino, il grande dottore della carità, Santa Rita riflette l’insegnamento secondo cui la carità è il centro di tutta la rivelazione biblica. Sant’Agostino affermava: “Nessuna virtù è più calda nella raccomandazione della carità” e “La pienezza o il compimento della legge è l’amore”, sottolineando così l’importanza dell’amore come fulcro della vita di fede.

Tra i suoi insegnamenti più noti, troviamo la celebre massima: “Ama e fai ciò che vuoi”, dove l’amore si intende come benevolenza che abbraccia il Creatore e le creature. Sant’Agostino proclamava inoltre: “La misura dell’amore è amare senza misura”, evidenziando il valore di un amore che non conosce limiti.

A Napoli, una scultura lo rappresenta mentre calpesta l’Eresia tra la Carità e la Fede, un’immagine che simboleggia la vittoria sull’errore grazie all’amore e alla fede, sempre unite nella lotta contro ogni forma di inganno spirituale.





La storia di Santa Rita come Agostiniana

Santa Rita da Cascia ha vissuto nel Monastero di Santa Maria Maddalena, a Cascia, per circa 40 anni, dal 1407 fino alla sua morte nel 1457. Durante questo periodo, ha dedicato la sua vita alla preghiera, alla penitenza e alla carità, diventando un esempio di fede e devozione.



Vivere da suora contemplativa, dopo essere stata sposa e madre, ha rappresentato per Santa Rita un doppio impegno, ma anche una straordinaria testimonianza di fede. Il suo ingresso nel monastero non era una fuga dal dolore provocato dalla morte di tutti i suoi cari, ma una risposta profonda e consapevole al desiderio di amare Gesù ancora di più. Un amore che abbracciava Gesù abbandonato, rinnegato, tradito, ucciso e morto sulla croce. Amare interamente Gesù e lasciarsi amare solo da Lui è stato il segreto unico di Rita come monaca agostiniana.

La vita di Santa Rita nel monastero era scandita dalla preghiera e da un amore vivo e intenso per il Crocifisso. Questo amore, duro ma liberante, le permetteva di affrontare ogni cosa con gioia e dedizione, poiché il suo cuore e la sua mente trovavano sostegno e forza solo in Gesù. Era un amore che conferiva libertà totale, radicato nel profondo legame con Cristo.

Sant’Agostino, il grande dottore della carità, ha riflettuto ampiamente sull’amore e sulla sua misura. Nella sua omelia sulla Prima Lettera di San Giovanni, affermava: "Nessuno deve amare padre, madre, moglie e figli più di quanto deve amare Cristo". È un pensiero coerente con l’amore senza misura di Gesù stesso, che rimane l’esempio più alto di amore disinteressato e totale.



Sant’Agostino aggiungeva: "La misura dell'amore è amare senza misura", un’espressione che ben si accorda con l’amore radicale e illimitato che ha guidato Santa Rita nel suo cammino spirituale e nella sua vita di preghiera.

Introduction 

We have reached the 6th Thursday dedicated to Saint Rita, and inspired by her wonderful testimony of faith, we continue together on our spiritual journey. Let us offer the Lord our prayers of praise and invoke the intercession of Saint Rita, the saint of impossible causes, witness of the immense love of Christ crucified, who died and rose again.

On this special occasion, I wholeheartedly invite you to remember in your prayers all those situations we are aware of that require the extraordinary intervention of God. Let us become instruments of love and prayer, especially for those who suffer, who are near death, or are in despair. Even when we feel powerless to help with our own hands, we can entrust these people to the Lord with powerful and persistent prayer.

Let us pray for those who have drifted away from Jesus, so they may rediscover the comfort of the Holy Spirit and never stop feeling embraced by His love. Let us also remember in our prayers those who suffer in spirit, those who live without peace or serenity, or those who are angry with life because of the challenges they have faced. May they find the path to liberation, be freed from the power of evil, and embrace once again the peace of Christ.

Let us unite our hearts and voices in a single prayer, certain that the Lord listens and lovingly welcomes every one of our supplications. Let us pray together with faith and hope.

Ephesians 3:14-21 "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Reflection: 

To know the love of Christ, as Saint Rita teaches us, is to access extraordinary knowledge through faith, rooted and grounded in charity. It is a love that compels us to know in order to love, and to love in order to know even more. It is to love even when all seems impossible; to believe, because it is the only way to overcome every hardship.

As a spiritual daughter of Saint Augustine, the great doctor of charity, Saint Rita reflects his teaching that charity is at the heart of all biblical revelation. Saint Augustine stated: “No virtue is warmer in recommending charity” and “Love is the fulfillment of the law,” thus emphasizing the importance of love as the cornerstone of a life of faith.

Among his most famous teachings is the renowned maxim: “Love and do what you will,” where love is understood as benevolence that embraces both the Creator and His creatures. Saint Augustine also declared: “The measure of love is to love without measure,” highlighting the value of a love that knows no limits.

In Naples, a sculpture represents him trampling Heresy, flanked by Charity and Faith, symbolizing the triumph over error through love and faith, which are always united in the fight against any form of spiritual deception.


The Life of Saint Rita as an Augustinian Saint Rita of Cascia lived in the Monastery of Saint Mary Magdalene in Cascia for about 40 years, from 1407 until her death in 1457. During this time, she dedicated her life to prayer, penance, and charity, becoming a shining example of faith and devotion.

Living as a contemplative nun, after having been a wife and mother, was for Saint Rita both a dual commitment and an extraordinary testimony of faith. Her entry into the monastery was not an escape from the pain caused by the death of all her loved ones but rather a profound and conscious response to the desire to love Jesus even more. It was a love that embraced Jesus abandoned, betrayed, crucified, and dead on the cross. Loving Jesus entirely and allowing herself to be loved only by Him was Saint Rita’s unique secret as an Augustinian nun.

Her life in the monastery was marked by prayer and a vibrant, intense love for the Crucifix. This love, though challenging, gave her the freedom to face everything with joy and dedication, as her heart and mind found strength and solace only in Jesus. It was a love that granted her total freedom, rooted in her deep bond with Christ.

Saint Augustine, the great doctor of charity, reflected extensively on love and its measure. In his homily on the First Letter of Saint John, he stated: “No one must love father, mother, wife, and children more than they must love Christ.” This reflection underscores that love for Christ is the ultimate reference point and the measure of all other loves. It aligns with the immeasurable love of Jesus Himself, who remains the highest example of selfless and total love.

Saint Augustine also added: “The measure of love is to love without measure,” an expression that resonates with the radical, boundless love that guided Saint Rita in her spiritual journey and her life of prayer.

Gesù, il Tuo Santo Spirito alleggerisce il cuore e la mente, liberandoci dalla schiavitù dei pensieri negativi e delle idee sbagliate che derivano dalle persone e dalle situazioni. Gesù, salvaci da ogni pregiudizio e risana la nostra mente affinché possiamo vivere la libertà da figli amati, capaci di amare e di perdonare per essere perdonati. Perché solo perdonando si ottiene perdono e salvezza. Salvaci dall'inganno di pensare di avere sempre ragione e che gli altri ci vogliano male, perché ci insegni, come dice in Luca 6:31: “Come volete che gli uomini facciano a voi, così fate a loro.” E come dice in Matteo 6:15: "Ma se voi non perdonerete agli altri, neppure il Padre vostro perdonerà le vostre colpe." 

Effondi in noi il Tuo Santo Spirito, affinché possiamo sentire il bisogno del Tuo cuore e della Tua misericordia per essere salvati e guariti. Difendici, affinché non diventiamo marionette nelle mani del maligno, che usa le nostre ferite come una feritoia anziché come un'opportunità di guarigione e liberazione, rinnovati nello Spirito.

Jesus, Your Holy Spirit lightens our heart and mind, freeing us from the slavery of negative thoughts and wrong ideas that come from people and situations. Jesus, save us from all prejudice and heal our minds so that we may live in the freedom of being beloved children, able to love and forgive in order to be forgiven. For only by forgiving do we receive forgiveness and salvation. Save us from the deception of thinking we are always right and that others mean us harm, teaching us, as You say in Luke 6:31, “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” And as You say in Matthew 6:15, “But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”

Pour Your Holy Spirit into us, so that we may feel the need for Your heart and Your mercy to be saved and healed. Defend us, so that we do not become puppets in the hands of the evil one, who uses our wounds as a loophole instead of an opportunity for healing and liberation, renewed in the Spirit.

Lord Jesus, God our Father, Creator, sent You in the fullness of time to be our Savior, the One who allows us to start anew from the ruins of our broken humanity.

Due to the many facets of our human history, we have reached a deep sense of disappointment and spiritual disorientation. We come before You in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar, to adore You and allow ourselves to be healed by Your loving gaze, which restores our dissipations and mends our broken hearts, refreshed by Your Holy Spirit, filling this moment with Your anointing and glory.

May Your powerful strength heal every headache and the heaviness in our minds caused by thoughts and worries over impending problems that hammer at us, leaving us weak and drained of energy, robbing us of the drive and desire to move forward, facing every trial and difficulty. Jesus, You triumphed in the struggle with evil in the desert, where You were tempted by the devil. Have mercy on us in this moment, that Satan may not tear us away from the compassionate love of our Heavenly Father. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that this moment may be filled with Your spark of glory and hope.

Holy Spirit, ignite in me the fire of a living desire for Your outpouring, that surrounds me and heals me from every pain—physical, spiritual, moral, and inner. Holy Spirit, bring to me now the grace of baptism, so that no evil can affect or determine my physical and mental state, and that Satan be bound by the power of the holy wounds, bringing order to my home and my mind. Now, imagine the Holy Spirit upon you, enveloping every area of your life: your family, your children, your work, your health, your loved ones, situations of poverty and hardship, and those moments when you feel you've made mistakes. The same Spirit that was with Jesus in the desert; it is only through the Holy Spirit that we can discover the true existential desert and the strength of faith that overcomes every obstacle, bringing peace and love.

Imagine the warmth of the fire of the Holy Spirit in your hands, both your right and left hands, in your heart, and especially in the painful areas of your body, healing and regenerating you. The Holy Spirit will descend upon you, and His shadow will rest upon you.

The Holy Spirit is described in the Bible as the Comforter who will remain with believers. As Jesus says to His disciples in John 14:16-17: "I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. You know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you." Furthermore, in Romans 8:14-17, it states: "For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’ The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God."

Auguri a te che ogni giorno trovi la forza e il coraggio di perdonare e amare, senza aspettarti nulla in cambio.  

Donna, grazie per il tuo sostegno e per il tuo amore.

Molte volte non sei stata apprezzata e riconosciuta come avresti meritato, ma hai continuato a svolgere la tua missione e la tua vocazione con determinazione.

Non hai bisogno dell'approvazione degli altri per sentirti appagata. Non hai bisogno degli applausi per sentirti grande, sei grande perché ami.  

Non ti serve che la giornata sia perfetta per affrontare i tuoi impegni: né la pioggia né la neve possono fermarti dal voler bene e dalla speranza, pregando sempre per l’aiuto di Dio.

La tua forza è radicata in ciò che credi, e agisci sempre senza farti condizionare dalle inutili chiacchiere. Dal tuo grembo nascono vite, e hai il potere di educare i tuoi figli ad amare Dio. Il mondo mantiene la speranza finché non ti arrenderai, andando sempre avanti, nonostante gli ostacoli.

Donna, auguri, perché meriti lodi e rispetto.

La tua dolcezza non è segno di debolezza, ma di saggezza e intelligenza. Non sono le tue parole a intimidire, ma il tuo silenzio e i tuoi sguardi.
