La fede non è uno scudo che ci protegge dalla sofferenza, ma una luce che ci guida attraverso di essa. Non promette una vita priva di dolore, ma offre una direzione, un senso anche nel buio più profondo. Quando il cuore è colmo di incertezze o ferite, la fede diventa forza invisibile, capace di trasformare ogni lacrima in passo, ogni caduta in occasione di rialzarsi.
Il dolore, vissuto nella fede, non è più solo peso da portare: diventa parte di un pellegrinaggio interiore che ci conduce verso una maturità dell’anima, verso una maggiore vicinanza a Dio e a noi stessi. È proprio nel perseverare, nel non arrendersi, che si scopre una luce nuova—più intensa perché nata nel buio. E così, il cammino della fede non cancella la sofferenza, ma la redime, la trasfigura, la rende parte di una storia di speranza.

Faith is not a shield that protects us from suffering, but a light that guides us through it. It does not promise a life free from pain, but offers a direction—a meaning—even in the deepest darkness. When the heart is full of uncertainty or wounds, faith becomes an invisible strength, capable of turning each tear into a step forward, each fall into an opportunity to rise again.
Pain, when lived in faith, is no longer just a burden to carry: it becomes part of an inner pilgrimage that leads us toward maturity of the soul, toward a deeper closeness to God and to ourselves. It is precisely in perseverance, in refusing to give up, that a new light is discovered—more intense because it was born in the dark. And so, the journey of faith does not erase suffering, but redeems it, transfigures it, and makes it part of a story of hope.
